The webinar feature allows users to create and manage online webinars, including event details and attendee access, in one place. This section allows you to configure a webinar by providing its general information, settings, schedule, and thumbnail.
To access this section, navigate to Upskilling > Webinar Manager, then click Add Webinar.
- Webinar Title allows you to enter the name of the webinar.
- Webinar Unique Identifier allows you to provide a unique identifier for the webinar.
- Contact Name, Email, Contact Phone, and Mobile allow you to provide the webinar contact details.
- Join URL allows you to provide the URL attendees will use to join the webinar. If no webinar integration is enabled, admins can enter their own Join URL when adding or editing.
- Show On Frontend allows you to display the webinar on the eCommerce landing page.
- Certificate allows you to select whether a certificate is available for the webinar.
- Webinar Category allows you to assign a category to the webinar.
- Webinar Status allows you to set the webinar status.
- Date & Time allows you to specify the webinar start and finish dates and times.
- Webinar Reminders allows you to configure reminders for the webinar.
- Thumbnail allows you to upload an image to represent the webinar.
Webinar Description
This section allows you to add a summary and detailed description for the webinar.
- Summary allows you to provide a brief overview of the webinar.
- Description allows you to provide additional information about the webinar.
Assign to Groups
Use this section to assign the webinar to one or more groups.
Assign CPD Categories
This section allows you to assign CPD categories and specify the CPD hours for the webinar.
- CPD Hours allows you to enter the number of hours associated with the webinar.
- CPD Categories allows you to select the applicable categories for the webinar.
The selected categories display their corresponding credits or points based on the configured CPD settings.
Once you're done with the changes, click Save to apply the changes.
