Course Reorder
This page lets you control the order in which courses appear to workers (learners). The order you set here affects only the learner's view. It does not change the way courses are arranged for admins.
Use this option when you want to highlight priority courses, group similar topics together, or create a smoother learning flow for your users.
How to Reorder Courses
When you open the Course Reorder page, you’ll see a full list of all available courses.
To change the order:
Hover your mouse over a course.
Click and drag it into the new position.
Drop it where you want it to appear.
Your changes are saved automatically every time you move a course. There’s no need to press a Save button.
What Learners Will See
The order you create becomes the default learning path for workers. They’ll see courses listed exactly as you’ve arranged them on this page.
Admins will continue to see courses in their standard platform order. This ensures your admin environment stays organised while still giving you full control over the learner experience.
