This guide walks you through how to customise the look and feel of your PowerHouse Hub portal using the Branding & Styling settings. You can update logos, images, and colours to match your organisation’s branding.
To access, navigate to Settings on the side menu, then select Branding & Styling from the Platform Settings:
IMPORTANT: Changes will not be updated until the SAVE button is clicked at the very bottom of the page.
Logos/Images
You can upload different images for various parts of the platform. To keep your site running smoothly, make sure the images are within the recommended size limits.
Default Logo
Appears on pages outside of the login area.
Recommended size: 100px high, 200–300px wide, max file size 500KB
You can upload a new image, remove it, or choose to hide it completely.
Logo with Inverted Colours
Shown in the top-left menu after a user logs in.
Recommended size: 50px high, 100–150px wide, max file size 500KB
Upload, reset, or hide as needed.
Browser Icon (Favicon)
Appears in the browser tab or bookmarks.
Recommended size: 64px by 64px, max file size 500KB
You can upload a new icon or turn it off.
Homepage Logo
Displayed on the login page.
Recommended size: 150px high, 300–450px wide, max file size 500KB
You can change or remove this image or hide it from view.
Homepage Background
Sets the background on the login page.
Recommended size: 1024px high, 1600px wide, max file size 3MB
Upload a new image or reset to remove it.
Placeholder Image
Shown on the login page when no other image is set.
Recommended size: 150px high, 300–450px wide, max file size 500KB
Upload or remove this as needed.
Workforce Wallet Cover Image
Appears on learner or candidate profile pages.
Recommended size: 180px high, 1225px wide, max file size 500KB
You can update or reset this image anytime.
Colour
You can also customise the platform colours to match your brand. Choose from pre-set colour themes like Slate, Purple, Orange, Green, or Red, or enter your colour codes.
There are two colour options:
Primary Colour – Used for main interface areas
Accent Colour – Used for buttons, highlights, and secondary elements
Use the colour pickers or enter HEX codes to update each one. If you want to undo your changes, click Reset
When you're done with your updates, make sure to click Save to apply the changes.
