This guide shows you how to view and manage user licences in your PowerHouse Hub portal. You can track the number of licences purchased, monitor usage by user type, and request additional licences when needed.
To access, navigate to Settings on the side menu, then select Licensing from the Platform Settings:
Current Licences
This section gives you an overview of your user account allocations and usage.
Purchased – Total number of licences you have.
Total Used – Number of licences currently in use.
Percentage Used – How much of your licence allocation is in use, shown as a percentage and progress bar.
Below the summary, a table shows usage by user type:
User Type – Role of the account (e.g., Admin, Worker, Manager, Business, Visitor, Candidate).
Active – Number of accounts currently active.
Disabled – Accounts disabled but still counted in totals.
Total – Combined total for that user type.
Purchase More Accounts
If you need more licences, click the Purchase More Accounts button. This sends an email request with the number of additional licences you want to purchase. Your account will be updated once the request is processed.
