The PowerHouse Site Details page lets you customise your site's basic information and turn maintenance mode on or off. You can also add your organisation’s address under Location details.
To access, navigate to Settings on the side menu, then select Site Details from the Platform Settings:
IMPORTANT: Changes will not be updated until the SAVE button is clicked at the very bottom of the page.
Site Details
Use this section to customise your site's basic information and manage maintenance mode.
Site Name – The name displayed throughout the PowerHouse platform and in emails.
Default Country – The country your site operates from.
Timezone – The time zone applied across your platform.
Default Date Format – How dates will appear on your platform.
Default Time Format – How times will appear on your platform.
Session Timeout – The number of hours before a user is automatically logged out (maximum 24 hours).
Enable site maintenance mode – Temporarily disables the platform for visitors while keeping admin access.
Location Details
Use this section to set your organisation’s physical address.
Street – The street number and name. You may use your business or company address.
Suburb/Town – The suburb or town name for your address.
Post code / Zip code – The postcode or ZIP code for your address.
State / County – The state or county where your site is located.
When you’ve updated both sections, click Save to apply your changes.
