This section shows an overview of your Security Settings. We will walk through each system setting to assist you to tailer for your site to your specific needs.
To access, navigate to Settings on the side menu, then select System Settings and Registration/Forms tab from the Platform Settings:
IMPORTANT: Changes will not be updated until the SAVE button is clicked at the very bottom of the page.
Registration Forms
You can turn on or off the registration form for each user type (Worker, Contractor, Business). When enabled, the form is active and available; when disabled, users cannot register under that user type through the frontend.
Public Access- If the registration form for a user type is not enabled for public access, then only administrators who are logged into the portal can access that form from the frontend. Regular visitors or users won’t see or be able to use the form.
Enable Worker Registrations-This setting activates the registration form specifically for Workers. If enabled and allowed public access, anyone can sign up as a Worker.
Enable Contractor Registrations-This controls whether the registration form for Contractors is active. If enabled with public access, Contractors can freely registe
Enable Business Registrations-This controls activation of the registration form for Businesses. Enabling it with public access lets businesses register freely.
Enable Approvals-When turned on, this requires administrators to review and approve registrations before new accounts are fully activated. This adds a security step, helping you control who can join.
Phone Configuration
Use these settings to control how the phone and mobile fields are displayed in forms.
- Default Country- Select the country that will be pre-selected when users open the phone or mobile field. The country’s dial code will be applied automatically.
- Preferred Countries- Choose one or more countries to appear at the top of the country selection list for quick access.
- Show Dial Code for Selected Country- Enable to display the dial code (e.g.,
+61for Australia) next to the selected country in the input field. - Show Examples for Selected Country- Enable to display an example phone number format for the selected country, helping users enter their number correctly.
Registration Introductions
Use these settings to control the text or instructions shown to visitors when they are asked to choose a user type during registration. This content helps guide users in selecting the correct registration path.
Learner Panel Content- Add or edit the content displayed in the Learner panel. This should explain who should register as a Learner and what they can expect after registering.
- Contractor Panel Content- Add or edit the content displayed in the Contractor panel. This should explain the role of a Contractor in your system and any key information they need before registering.
Business Panel Content-Add or edit the content displayed in the Business panel. This should explain the benefits, requirements, or next steps for businesses registering on your portal
When you're done with your updates, make sure to click Save to apply the changes.
