This section shows an overview of your Global Settings, Registration Forms and Security Options. We will wall through each system setting to assist you to tailer for your site to your specific needs.
To access, navigate to Settings on the side menu, then select System Settings from the Platform Settings:
IMPORTANT: Changes will not be updated until the SAVE button is clicked at the very bottom of the page.
Homepage Template
- Click “Global" from the top menu
- Select a Homepage Template you would like your site to have, the following options are available:
- Default: Your primary homepage, shown to users by default
- Login Only: Allows existing users to login
- Login with Registration: Allows existing users to login and allows external users to register
- eCommerce: In addition to allowing login and registration, eCommerce also allows users to purchase eCommerce items from the login page if applicable
- Visitor: Allows only visitors to login or register

Community Settings
This option can be enabled if you would like to redirect visitors to a specific Community page.

Username Settings
Here you can modify the behavior of user forms:
Suggested Worker (Learner) username
Automatically generate a suggested username in "firstname.lastname" format
Automatically generate a suggested username using Worker (learner) email
Force the user to use the suggested username
Modify username
Allow managers (manager) to modify usernames
Allow businesses (business) to modify usernames

Cookie Policy
Here you can customise your cookie policy by entering your own text if you prefer not to use the default version.

Course Settings
Here you can customise the following course settings:
Enable PDF Export
Allow courses to be 'auto-marked' by Admin
Allow course assets to be logged

Workflow Settings
Here you can customise the following Workflow settings:
Show worker (learner) workflow/s on login if not completed.
Show candidates (candidate) workflow/s on login if not completed.
Allow users to access other modules if they haven’t completed their assigned workflows.

Training Record
Here you can customise the following Training Record settings:
Show Reflective Journal
Show Training Record based on Financial Year
Auto-approve training records added by worker (learner)
Notify manager when training record added by worker (learner)

Global File Settings
This setting controls how files open across the platform.
Open Supported Files in a New Tab for Preview (No Direct Download)
When enabled:
Supported files will open in a new browser tab for preview.
The file will not automatically download.
Supported file types include:
.pdf,.jpg,.png,.gif,.webp,.csv,.txt
When disabled:
Supported files will download directly to your device.
Other file types, such as
.doc,.zip, and.xlsxwill always download, regardless of this setting.

Global Manager Settings
Here you can customise the following Global Manager settings:
Allow managers (manager) to add new worker (learner) accounts.
Allow managers (manager) to assign/unassign courses to worker (learner).
Allow managers (manager) to assign/unassign frameworks to worker (learner).
Allow managers (manager) to register worker (learner) to events.
Allow managers (manager) to upload files and add expiry dates for worker (learner).
Allow managers (manager) to view worker (learner) CPD Overview.
Allow managers (manager) to view/edit notes saved against a user.
Allow managers (manager) to Manage User Profile Tabs.

Global Business Settings
Toggle ON to enable contractor accounts. This is useful if you'd prefer not to create contractor accounts manually
