This guide explains the CPD reports available in the PowerHouse Hub portal
To access, navigate to Reports on the side menu, then select the CPD type from the modules.
Important: You can manage Manager access by toggling reports on or off.
CPD Report 1
The CPD Report 1 allows you to generate a report showing a list of CPD items gained by the Worker (Learner), including courses, training plans, events, webinars, and training records.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Groups Select – Filter the report by specific groups.
If no groups are selected, the report includes all users in related groups.
By default, users assigned to any selected group are included.
To include only users assigned to all selected groups, tick the Search for users assigned to all selected groups box.
Start typing a group name to search, or select from the list.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
CPD Report 2
The CPD Report 2 allows you to generate a report showing all hours for each CPD category.
Field Descriptions
Select CPD Category* – Choose one or more CPD categories to include in the report.
To include all categories, use Select All CPD Categories.

CPD Report 3
The CPD Report 3 allows you to generate a report showing all users who have achieved their CPD requirements across all required categories.
Field Descriptions
Groups Select – Filter the report by specific groups.
If no groups are selected, the report includes all users in related groups.
By default, users assigned to any selected group are included.
To include only users assigned to all selected groups, tick the Search for users assigned to all selected groups box.
Start typing a group name to search, or select from the list.

CPD Report 4
The CPD Report 4 allows you to generate a report showing all users who have passed a course or training plan, attended an event or webinar, or added a training record for each CPD category.
Field Descriptions
Select CPD Category* – Choose one or more CPD categories to include in the report.
To include all categories, use Select All CPD Categories.
Select Module Type* – Choose the module type to include in the report.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
CPD Report 5
The CPD Report 5 allows you to generate a report on total hours allocated for each content type.
Field Descriptions
Select Module Type* – Choose the module type to include in the report.
For example, Course.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
After selecting the required fields, click Generate Report to generate the report.
