This guide explains the Training Plan Reports available in the PowerHouse Hub portal
To access, navigate to Reports on the side menu, then select the Training Plan type from the modules.
Important: You can manage Manager access by toggling reports on or off.
Training Plans Report 1
The Training Plans Report 1 allows you to generate a report on users who have Started, Completed, or Not Started a training plan within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Training Plan* – Choose the training plan you want to include in the report.
Select Status – Filter results by user progress status (Started, Completed, or Not Started).
Fields marked with an asterisk () are mandatory.*
Training Plans Report 2
The Training Plans Report 2 allows you to generate historical data for users who have completed a training plan with re-induction settings enabled, within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Training Plan* – Choose the training plan you want to include in the report.
Select Reset Type* – Choose the type of reset applied to the training plan (e.g., re-induction settings).

After selecting the required fields, click Generate Report to generate the report.
