This guide explains the different Course and Assessment reports available in the PowerHouse Hub portal
To access, navigate to Reports on the side menu, then select Course/Assessment type from modules.
Important: You can manage Manager access by toggling reports on or off.
Course/Assessment Report-1
The Course/Assessment Report 1 allows you to generate a list of users who have submitted and either passed or failed an assessment within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
Select Assessment – Once a course is selected, choose the associated assessment.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-2
The Course/Assessment Report 2 allows you to generate a list of users who have been created but have not submitted an assessment (for courses with assessments only).
Field Descriptions
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
Select Assessment – Once a course is selected, choose the associated assessment.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-3
The Course/Assessment Report 3 allows you to generate a list of users who have submitted a survey within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
Select Survey – Once a course is selected, choose the associated survey.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-4
The Course/Assessment Report 4 allows you to generate a list of users who have attempted an assessment within a selected date range and have failed.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
Select Assessment – Once a course is selected, choose the associated assessment.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-5
The Course/Assessment Report 5 allows you to generate a list of users who have not yet completed a course (with or without assessments).

Course/Assessment Report-6
The Course/Assessment Report 6 allows you to generate a list of users who have submitted results for a SCORM object within a selected date range.

Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-7
The Course/Assessment Report 7 allows you to generate a list of users who have completed a scenario and shows the traversal path within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Scenario* – Choose the scenario you want to include in the report.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-8
The Course/Assessment Report 8 allows you to generate a list of users who have passed or failed a course (with or without assessments) within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Category – Choose a category to filter courses. To include all courses, select All Categories (includes courses not assigned to any category).
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-9
The Course/Assessment Report 9 allows you to generate a report on the cumulative training time of users who have passed courses within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Groups Select – Filter the report by specific groups.
If no groups are selected, the report includes all users in related groups.
By default, users assigned to any selected group are included.
To include only users assigned to all selected groups, tick the “Search for users assigned to all selected groups” box.
Start typing a group name to search, or select from the list.
User Status – Filter results by user status. To include all users, select All Status.

Course/Assessment Report-10
The Course/Assessment Report 10 allows you to generate a report on users who have courses due to expire or are due for re-induction.
Field Descriptions
Select an Option* – Choose the type of report you want to generate.
Select Category – Filter courses by category. To include all courses, select All Categories (including courses not assigned to any category).
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
Groups Select – Filter the report by specific groups.
If no groups are selected, the report includes all users in related groups.
By default, users assigned to any selected group are included.
To include only users assigned to all selected groups, tick the “Search for users assigned to all selected groups” box.
Start typing a group name to search, or select from the list.

Course/Assessment Report-11
The Course/Assessment Report 11 allows you to generate historical data for users who have completed a course with re-induction settings enabled within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Course* – Choose the course you want to include in the report.
Groups Select – Filter the report by specific groups.
If no groups are selected, the report includes all users in related groups.
By default, users assigned to any selected group are included.
To include only users assigned to all selected groups, tick the “Search for users assigned to all selected groups” box.
Start typing a group name to search, or select from the list.

After selecting the required fields, click Generate Report to generate the report.
