This guide explains the Event reports available in the PowerHouse Hub portal
To access, navigate to Reports on the side menu, then select the Events type from the modules.
Important: You can manage Manager access by toggling reports on or off.
Events Report 1
The Events Report 1 allows you to generate a report on users who have registered for events.
Field Descriptions
Select Event* – Choose the event you want to include in the report.
Select Session – If the event has multiple sessions, select the specific session you want to report on.
Fields marked with an asterisk () are mandatory.*
Events Report 2
The Events Report 2 allows you to generate a report on users who have registered for and attended events within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Event* – Choose the event you want to include in the report.

Events Report 3
The Events Report 3 allows you to generate a report on users who have registered for events but did not attend, within a selected date range.
Field Descriptions
Start Date* – Specify the start date for the reporting period.
End Date* – Specify the end date for the reporting period.
Select Event* – Choose the event you want to include in the report.
Fields marked with an asterisk () are mandatory.*
After selecting the required fields, click Generate Report to generate the report.
