This section allows you to add items for users to complete, such as personal information fields, content pages, file uploads, and more.
To access this section, select a workflow, click Edit, then click Add Task.
- Personal Information allows users to provide a general introduction.
- Content Page allows users to view and read provided information or instructions.
- File Upload allows users to submit documents or files such as Compliance Files, Evidence Files, and General Files.
- Courses and Programs allows users to complete assigned courses and programs as part of the workflow.
- Self-Assessed Skills allows users to evaluate and report their own skills and proficiency levels.
