Global Workflow Settings allows you to configure workflow behaviour across the platform, including whether learner or candidate workflows are displayed on login when incomplete, and whether users can access other modules before completing their assigned workflows.
Unlike Global Settings, which provides a broader range of system-wide configuration options, Global Workflow Settings is specifically focused on managing workflow access, visibility, and completion requirements for users.
To access, navigate to Workflows and select Global Workflow Settings.
- Toggle ON to show worker (learner) workflow/s on login if not completed.
- Toggle ON to show candidate (candidate) workflow/s on login if not completed.
- Toggle ON to allow users to access other modules even if they haven’t completed their assigned workflows.
When you're done with your updates, make sure to click Save to apply the changes.
