The Availability Details section allows Administrators to control which availability-related fields appear for candidates in pre-screen workflows and the Workforce Wallet. This helps tailor the candidate experience and ensures you only collect the information that’s relevant to your community.
Note: Toggle each field ON or OFF to control whether it is visible to candidates.
How to configure:
Log in to your platform as an Admin
Navigate to Platform Management > Communities
Navigate to the Configure Availability Details section
Toggle each field on or off depending on what you want visible to candidates
Click Save Changes
Field Descriptions
Employment Status – The candidate’s current work situation.
Work Preferences – The type of work the candidate is looking for.
Notice Period – How soon the candidate can start.
Preferred Industry Sectors – Industries the candidate is interested in.
Availability Days – Days the candidate can work.
Availability Time – Times the candidate is available.
Availability for Shift Work – Whether the candidate can do shift work.
Access to a Car – If the candidate has their own transport.
Salary Expectation – The pay range the candidate expects.
Preferred Work Locations – Places the candidate is willing to work.
Once you're done with the changes, click Save Changes.
