Talent Mobility Module
The Talent Mobility module allows administrators to configure and manage a dedicated Employee front-end page. Functioning similarly to Communities, it is tailored specifically for Employees rather than Candidates, giving admins the ability to edit content and configurations independently for each group.

The Talent Mobility tab can be found under Platform Management > Communities.
Selecting Edit Landing Page allows admins to customize the Employee front-end page and layout to meet specific organisational needs.
The Employee Wizard functions like the Communities Candidate Wizard, but supports custom Employee-specific text for a personalised experience.
Under System Settings, admins can choose whether users are redirected to the default Communities homepage or the Employee homepage.
This module provides flexibility to manage Employee engagement and streamline navigation, ensuring a tailored and user-focused experience.
