Standard Reports are predefined reports available within the Reports module. They provide Administrators with quick access to commonly required information across courses, assessments, users, events, webinars, training records and other areas of the platform.
Each report has been designed for a specific reporting purpose and includes its own relevant filters.

The filters displayed will depend on the report selected.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Some fields may depend on another selection. For example, you may need to select a course before the related assessments become available.
Complete the required fields and use any optional filters to narrow the report results.
Manager Access
Each Standard Report includes a Manager Access setting.
Administrators can use the Manager Access toggle beside a report to control whether that report is available to Managers.
Manager access should only be enabled for reports that are appropriate for Managers to use.
Choosing the Right Standard Report
Before running a report, review the description displayed beside View Report.
Standard Reports are available for a range of reporting requirements, including:
- course and assessment completion;
- passed or failed results;
- incomplete courses;
- course expiry and re-induction;
- SCORM results;
- training time;
- survey submissions;
- document activity;
- event and webinar activity;
- training plans and workflows;
- user and group information;
- training records;
- CPD; and
- other platform activity.
If an existing Standard Report meets your requirements, it will usually be the quickest way to retrieve the information you need.
If you require greater control over the report filters or the information included in the report, consider creating a Custom Report.
See Custom Reports for further information.
