We highly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your admin users. Administrators and Managers often have access to sensitive user information therefore access to administrative functions should be secured with MFA. Enabling this feature will send an email token to the administrator and manager when they log in to confirm their identity. This is a free service.
How to configure:
- Enable the feature for Admin and/or Manager roles.
- Set the code length (up to 10 digits).
- Save your changes to apply the configuration.
