File Preview Option
Supported files can now be opened securely in a browser tab instead of downloading, helping keep sensitive data safe.
This is a Global File Setting that gives administrators greater control over how files are accessed within the platform. Instead of automatically downloading files to a user’s device, supported file types can now be opened securely in a new browser tab for preview. This helps reduce the risk of sensitive files being stored locally.
Gives administrators and managers greater control over file security, helping prevent sensitive or confidential files from being directly downloaded to local devices while still allowing users to view the content when needed.
- Administrators can configure whether uploaded files are automatically downloaded or previewed in a new browser tab.
- Supported file types can be opened for viewing without being saved to the user’s device.
- The configuration applies consistently across the platform.
Dashboard Update
The learner dashboard banner height has been reduced by 50% for a cleaner, smoother user experience.
Training Plan Reports
You can now select multiple training plans in a single export, making it easier to compare and review results.
Previously, administrators and managers could only generate reports for one Training Plan at a time, making it time-consuming to compare or review results across multiple plans. To improve reporting efficiency, we’ve enhanced the Training Plan Report with multi-select capability.
Manager Update
Managers can now reset learner courses and assessments directly, reducing delays and reliance on Administrators.
Previously, only Administrators could reset learner courses and assessments. This often creates delays when managers needed to quickly support learners. With this update, Managers are now empowered to reset learner content directly, giving them greater autonomy and speeding up training management.
